Corrections
When we get something wrong, we fix it and say so here, with the date, the page and what changed.

Each correction will appear here, newest first, with the day it was made, the page it affected, what was wrong and what we changed.
How corrections work
Mistakes in our own words or in how we show something are fixed and logged here. Most launch facts come from our sources, so an error in their data is reported to them where possible and fixed here when they update it; Launch Library 2 has a team of librarians who keep its records.
Launch times that change are not corrections: plans move, and every launch page keeps its own slip history.
